stayed stuck in my comfort zones based on  past traumas that created destructive subconscious beliefs. This kept me in a perpetual state of playing small by keeping myself in a box to stay "safe" & feeling like a victim of life, wishing that it would just "get better' and "work itself out" somehow. I was blind to the unhealthy behaviors and patterns my subconscious beliefs were causing and that were keeping me stagnant and in a state of pain and suffering as my baseline. However, through years of following glimmers of light and joy from my heart which included studying and teaching astrology, surrounding myself with like-minded souls, working hard to embody more courage, discipline, and a mature outlook on my emotions by truly committing to doing the inner work, I've learned how to heal my wounds and take action on my goals and dreams that are aligned with my authentic self - I started to finally see first hand that we truly are the creators of our reality. Inside first THEN out!

It is my belief that within each and every one of us exists an energetic bridge between our soul and God/Source/Universe (all names are welcomed) and that our purpose here on Earth is to keep that bridge CLEAR & OPEN so that this infinite love & guidance from the divine can stream through and express outside of us unhindered. THIS is the journey I call life and boy, is it a roller coaster! My fuel is encouraging and cultivating community, nurturing and inspiring connection to continue to learn and expand in my purpose while empowering others to do the same. 

My #1 intention with every single human that comes across this page, myself, and my work, is to have at least taken away one or all of the following from their experience - inspiration, insight, knowledge, understanding of self/others, feeling seen, empathy & compassion, connection, support, belonging, healing, and the energy that everyone seeks to experience above all - LOVE. The pillars of my life's work are to be a wayshower of unconditional love, to hold compassionate, nurturing, and safe spaces while also keeping it raw and real so as to empower others to liberate their own soul by freedom of expression through sharing the wisdom of astrology.
